The strength of the RDRC program lies in its partnerships and networking reciprocity. Regional groups, formed grassroots more than a decade ago, are at the helm of developing programs and services requested from entrepreneurs and development leadership seeking to provide them with services and product to encourage and increase entrepreneurial activity.
